Learned counsel for respondents though opposed application, he was unable to deny the fact that in connected matters such order is passed. Hence, following order allowed :-

O R D E R

Applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of compensation amount along with proportionate interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% compensation amount along with proportionate interest accrued thereon, on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar(Judicial). Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit till disposal of the first appeal. 3.
