The Civil Application No. 9330 of 2016 is filed for recalling the order imposing cost of Rs. 5,000/-. The cost is already deposited. 2.

This Court had directed the applicants to deposit the cost as the affidavit in reply was not filed inspite of giving many chances. In the light of that, we are not inclined to recall the said order, however, the cost deposited be transmitted to the High Court Bar Association. The civil application is disposed of. [S. M.
