This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the Respondent No.4 Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate validation claim of the petitioner, pending with the Committee, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed. 2.

In the meanwhile, respondent Nos. 1 to 3 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner and appropriate steps can be taken depending upon the outcome of the validation proposal pending with the respondent No.4 Committee.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
