Mr. Chavan, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that in fact the respondents did not hear the petitioner before passing the said order.

As per the respondents, the petitioner was heard and thereafter the order is passed on 7.7.2015.

According to the petitioner, the said order is never communicated to the petitioner and for the first time the same is being shown to this court. This court had directed the respondents to decide the appeal. The appeal is decided though belatedly. The contempt stands purged. The petitioner is at liberty to assail the order

cp261.15 -2passed by the appellate authority on 7.7.2015 in appropriate proceeding, as is permissible in law. Contempt petition stands disposed of. No costs.
