The petitioner is a 17 years old student, appearing through his father. He desires that his tribe claim be decided within three months as he would be aspiring to seek admission to the Engineering College.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Committee would require four months time. The vigilance enquiry is in progress. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

Considering that the petitioner is a student, we direct

6139.22wp (2) respondent No.2 - Committee, to conclude the vigilance enquiry by 30/08/2022. Thereafter, the petitioner would be supplied a copy of the vigilance report within a period of one week. He would tender his response to the report, on or before 15/09/2022 and the Committee would proceed to decide the claim by passing an order, on or before 20/10/2022.
