The Petitioner prays for a direction to the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Nanded to decide the Special Civil Suit No.57/2019, expeditiously. An interim application Exh.20 is pending. 2.

Interim applications can surely be decided expeditiously by the Learned Judge. The suit is of 2019. There are several suits which are much older. Just because the Petitioner has approached this Court, would not mean that this Court should issue a direction for an early decision in the suit, when thousands of litigants are in queue. khs/Oct.2023/13442
