At the request of the learned counsel for petitioners, leave to add Pay Anomaly Committee as a party. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, including the added party. Learned AGP waives service of notice for all the respondents.

It is submitted that along with the recommendation, the proposal for revised pay scale as per 6th Pay Commission, is pending before the Pay Anomaly Committee, since 2018. The same is not yet decided.

In case the proposal for revised pay scale, to the petitioner, as per 6th Pay Commission is pending with Pay Anomaly

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
