PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the suit bearing R.C.S. No.24 of 2008 came to be disposed off. It appears that the trial court vide order dated 11.12.2008 declined to grant interim relief. Consequently, the plaintiffs have preferred Misc. Civil Appeal No.109 of 2008 and sought interim relief of temporary injunction by fling application exh.8. Learned District Judge declined to grant temporary injunction during the pendency of Misc. Civil appeal No.109 of 2008. Therefore, this writ petition has been aaa/-

By order dated 13.8.2009, this Court has directed the parties to maintain status-quo and by order dated 8.9.2009 while granting rule, this Court has continued the status-quo order granted on 13.8.2009 till hearing and fnal disposal of Writ Petition. It thus appears that further proceeding in the suit was not stayed. In view of the above, this writ petition has become infructuous and same is accordingly disposed off. Rule discharged.
