Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned A.P.P. for State.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant is in jail since 24th December 2012 and has been convicted with the aid of Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the evidence. We are satisfied that the Applicant should be released on bail pending decision of the Appeal, looking to the pendency of the Appeals in this Court. Hence the following order:-

O R D E R

(I) Criminal Application No.2867 of 2015 is allowed.

(II) The Applicant- Onkar Arun Pawar shall be released on bail upon his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with one Surety in the like amount.

(III) The Applicant shall attend the Peth Beed Police Station, Beed, on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.
