Mr. Thombre, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, name of the petitioner was illegally removed from the P. R. card. An application was submitted by the petitioner. Same is not decided.

The learned Incharge Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents and submits that, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by deletion of her name from the record of rights, the petitioner has remedy of appeal.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
