The petitioner has putforth prayer clause 'B' as under:- B] To direct Respondent No.2-Committee to decide tribe claim of the petitioner which is online submitted on 12-01-2022 as expeditiously as possible by stipulating the period which this Honourable Court deems fit, by issuing appropriate writ, order or directions as the case may be.

The learned AGP submits that the case of the petitioner has been forwarded to the Vigilance Committee and it would take at least 6 to 8 months for concluding the proceedings.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioners intends to appear for NEET examination.

We find that the petitioner has moved his proposal in January, 2022.

As such, this petition is disposed off with the following directions:- a] Respondent No.2 to decide the pending proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably
(3) on or before 15-10-2022.
b] The petitioner would appear before the competent committee on 12-072022 at 12.00 noon. Thereafter, he would abide by the dates of hearing as may be granted by the committee.
c] Any adjournment on unreasonable or trivial grounds will not be sought by the petitioner and if such a request is putforth, the committee would be justified in advancing to the next stage in the said pending proceedings.
