The grievance of the petitioner is that, though appeal has been filed on 11.06.2020, the same is not yet decided by the District Superintendent of Land Records.

The learned Incharge Government Pleader accepts notice for both respondents.

In case the appeal is filed by the petitioner and the same is pending with the District Superintendent of Land Records (page No. 16), then the District Superintendent of Land Records shall decide the said appeal on its own merits, in accordance with law, rules, policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six

(06) months from today after adhering to the principles of natural justice. It shall also consider all relevant aspects of the

In the light of above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
