We have heard Mr Shermale, the learned Advocate for the petitioner. It is not disputed by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that, the grievance that the petitioners may possess as against the Award can be agitated in the proceedings under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 (hereinafter in short 'the Act').

The learned Counsel submits that, he has already filed an application under Section 64 of the Act before the Authority. Naturally, further steps shall be taken expeditiously in accordance with the provisions of Section 64 of the Act. The petitioner is at Gajanan

The Authority shall consider Section 77 of the Act and all other provisions, on its own merits.
