Having heard both sides and finding that the Petitioners cannot be faulted for the delay in scrutiny and verification of their tribe claims by the competent Scrutiny Committee, we direct that until their claims are decided by the Scrutiny Committee, the services of the Petitioners shall not be terminated by Respondent No.3/ Employer only on the ground of non production of the tribe validity certificates. Since
