The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent pointed out that the applicant herself is residing at Pune and serving in Civil Hospital at Shivajinagar, Pune. There is no rejoinder affidavit filed by the applicant disputing the above fact stated in the affidavit filed on 24/02/2019. The learned Counsel for respondent also submits that the applicant is now running a clinic in Pune.

In view of the said fact, there is no purpose in transferring the Petition No.A-337 of 2018 pending before the Family Court at Pune to Latur.

The application is dismissed.
