The order of maintenance is already passed in favour of the petitioner as claimed by the petitioner. Outstanding amount of maintenance is not paid. The petitioner seeks directions against the authorities to withhold the pensionary benefits payable to respondent No. 4.

The learned counsel accepts that the execution proceedings are filed. The petitioner may file necessary application in the execution proceedings for recovery and attachment of the amounts as permissible under the statute.
