Appeal is of 2011 and there are two applications i.e. CA No.8151 of 2012 and 3202 of 2020 for fixing the matter for final hearing. In fact there are many old matters pending before this Court which are supposed to be taken up for hearing and, therefore, this appeal to come up as per its number.

Civil Applications No.8151 of 2012 and No.3202 of 2020 stand disposed of accordingly.
