2] The applicant has moved this Application seeking condonation of 51 days delay in filing Second Appeal for the reasons set out in detail in the Application.

3] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and respondent no.2.

4] On due consideration of the submissions advanced in the light of unchallenge, uncontroverted pleadings made in the application and the reasons assigned for condonation of delay, I am of the view that

7501.19CA.odt delay deserves to be condoned. In case the delay is condoned, no serious prejudice would be caused to the respondents. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-A. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.

5] Civil Application is disposed of in above terms.

6] List the Appeal along with connected Second Appeal No.223/2019 on 21st January, 2020.

7] Interim relief, if any operating, to remain in force till next date.
