By this Application, the Applicant seeks condonation of 507 days delay caused in preferring the Application for Restoration of Writ Petition, which was dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 08.04.2019 passed by Registrar (Judicial).

It is not in dispute that the Writ Petition was unregistered. 3.

We have perused the Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses '

A' and 'B', subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to be paid to the Legal Aid Services Sub-Committe, Aurangabad.

The Petitioner will not be entitled for the interest for the delayed period i.e. from the date of dismissal of the Petition till its restoration. The Petitioner shall also file an affidavit to the effect that, in case the petition is allowed, he will not claim interest from the date of dismissal of petition till its restoration.
