The learned advocates for the respondents oppose the application.

Considering the reasons set out in both the applications and taking into account the interest of these applicants in the pending petition, to which they could not be parties as they were not available for signing of Vakalatnama, that both these Civil Applications are allowed. Addition to be carried out on or before 30.09.2021. Necessary court fees to be deposited.
