1) Heard. Delay of 342 days has occurred in filing the present appeals by the acquiring body. Learned Counsel appearing for the original claimant/s has not seriously opposed for condoning the delay. The only request which has been made by the learned Counsel is to expedite hearing of the appeals. The request so

made is worth considering.

2) In view of the submissions so made and having regard to the averments in the applications, wherein the acquiring body has sufficiently explained the delay, the delay caused in filing the present appeals is condoned.

The appeals be registered in accordance with law. CA for condonation of delay are disposed of.

3) On registration of the appeals, issue notices to the respondents. Learned Counsel and learned AGP waive service for respective respondents. Service complete. Place all these matters for final disposal on 26th July, 2017. Call R and P.

4) It is brought to notice of this Court that some other matters, arising out of the same acquisition are admitted by this Court. Club the present matters with the said connected matters.

5) In view of the fact that the acquiring body has deposited the entire amount of compensation as was directed by this Court, the interim order passed by this Court on 29th August, 2016 is made absolute. Civil Applications for stay stand disposed of.
