Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant and learned counsel appearing for respondent/ original claimant. Both counsel appearing for the parties submit that there were total 29 appeals arising out of the same judgment and Award of the Reference Court out of which 19 appeals were disposed in LokAdalat, dated 09.09.2017. 08 appeals were disposed of by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) in terms of compromise took place between the parties in Lok-Adalat and now only two appeals are pending from the above set of appeals. The order passed in Lok-Adalat as well as by this Court on 21.11.2017 are placed on record. Those are taken on record and marked as Exh. 'X' for the purpose of identification.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the compromise took place before the LokAdalat in other matters the appellant has deposited the amount of compensation including the amount of compensation in the present two appeals. Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the original claimant on instructions submits that, the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in present appeals is acceptable to claimants as a full and final. They have not preferred cross objection in the matter.

In view of the above, the appeals are disposed of in above terms.

Amount deposited by the appellant in this Court be transferred to the Reference Court along with interest if any for its disbursement amongst the claimants.

Pending Civil Applications are disposed of.
