We have heard Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions of the officer who is present in the Court makes a statement that condition No. 8.13 of the procedure for selection and admission to Medical Postgraduate Courses (MD/MS/Diploma) would not be relaxed and would be abidded by.

In view of the statement made, condition No. 8.13 of the procedure for selection and admission to Medical Postgraduate
2 wp 6464.17 Courses (MD/MS/Diploma) at Maharashtra State in Unaided Private/Deemed University and Minority Medical Colleges is not relaxed. As such, the purpose of the writ petition stands served. 4.
It is submitted that, similar order is passed at the Principal Seat at Bombay in Writ Petition Stamp No. 1209 of 2017 on April 28, 2017. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
