Not on board. In view of the letter given on behalf of the appellant - acquiring body, which is marked as Exhibit-A, these matters are taken
up on board.

The appellant - acquiring body had processed the proceedings through its panel Advocate and had obtained the opinion and the acquiring body, in view of Government Resolution No.ladh.kZ&2014@iz-dz41@Hkkx&1@v&4 fn- 3 uksOgsacj 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018 to the said Government Resolution, wherein the rate of compensation should not be more than four times of the amount of compensation granted by the SLAO, has decided to withdraw these appeals. It has been also stated that withdrawal of appeals would be beneficial than continuation of the appeals. 3.
Mr. Dhananjay Godse, Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division No.1, Aurangabad, is present as well as learned Advocate Mr. A. M. Phule, learned Advocate for Godavari Marathwada Irrigation Development Corporation, is present. He also submits that GMIDC would deposit the amount of compensation within a period of six months from today before the reference Court.

In view of these submissions and the readiness of the acquiring body to deposit the amount, the settlement i.e. withdrawal is allowed. Hence, the following order :-
ORDER
I) The appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn.
II) The amount of compensation together with interest be deposited with the reference Court within a period of six months from today.
III) After the amount is deposited, the claimants be permitted by the reference Court to withdraw the respective amounts deposited before the reference Court.
IV) Court fees be refunded as per rules.
