DATE : 09/01/2015 ORAL ORDER :

1.

Heard both sides.

2.

Learned A.G.P. submits that since there was a communication gap in receiving and sending the certified copy of the judgment and order, and some difference chart and Court fees were to be collected, the delay of 353 days in filing the appeals has occurred.

3.

Mr. Sontakke opposed the plea.

CA-8275-2013+ 4.

Considering the facts, in my view, sufficient reason is made out. The delay in each of the appeals is therefore condoned. The applications are allowed and disposed of without any order as to costs.
