Heard Mr. G.G.Kadam, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mrs. S.G.Chincholkar, learned A.P.P. for Respondent - State.

Applicant is facing serious charge for the offence punishable u/s 395 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Applicant was absconding since long. He was arrested on 12/05/2015 and was taken in police custody remand till 14/05/2015 and since then he is in magisterial custody remand. Applicant filed bail application before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhokar. Learned Additional

2 Cr.Apln. 2879.2015 Sessions Judge after considering the aspects properly, rejected the said bail application.

Even the learned counsel for the applicant admitted that the trial is already commenced and the evidence is recorded. In that view of the matter, discretion can not be exercised in favour of the applicant.
