This application is moved for quashing of C.I.R. No. 51 of 2015 registered with Bamni police station, district Parbhani for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 r.w. 34 of I.P.C. The applicant No.5 is the original complainant. She has filed affidavit that she would not continue with the case. She has also mentioned in the affidavit that the dispute with her husband and in laws is now over. The divorce is likely to be effected very soon. The complainant is present in person identified by learned counsel for applicants. Applicant No.1 is also present.

In view of this, the criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "c" and disposed of.
