Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner he has moved the Collector for refund of the amount in respect of the auction proceedings for the year 2013 - 2014 for excavating the sand on 17.03.2018, the same is not decided.

The Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has earlier approached the Hon'ble Minister and proceedings were closed on the ground that the petitioner does not want to proceed further.

As the application is pending with the Collector, Nanded the Collector may decide the application (Exhibit-J, Page No. 80) on its own merits, within a period of four (4) months from today. It may consider the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister dated 30.03.2016. The petitioner may represent himself before the Collector.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
