Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the Applicant for grant of regular bail in connection with CR No.I 17/2015 registered with Taluka Police Station, Sangamner, District - Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Section/s 307, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
[2] Heard Mr. K. N. Shermale, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mrs. Pratibha Bharad, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Maharashtra.
2/3 [3] Victim is the wife of present Applicant. She lodged report on 24th January, 2015 after discharging from the hospital to the effect that, present Applicant, who is her husband is habituated to consumption of liquor and under the influence of liquor, he used to assault the first informant. It is also stated in the First Information Report that, the Applicant does not go to agricultural field and entire agricultural operation is done by the first informant. According to the First Information Report on 17th January, 2015 when first informant was present in the house, Applicant came in the house under the influence of liquor and started demanding more money. Upon refusal, he administered certain poisonous substance to her, therefore, first informant was taken to the hospital. She was admitted in the hospital on 17th January, 2015 and ultimately she was discharged on 24th January, 2015.
[4] Investigating Officer has completed the entire investigation and charge sheet is already filed in the court of law. First informant is already discharged from Hospital on 24th January, 2015. That shows that there is remote possibility of converting present offence into more graver one. In that view of the matter, further custodial presence of present Applicant is not essential. That leads me to pass the following order :-

ORDER
(i) Criminal Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant - JALINDAR S/O SHANTARAM KARANJKAR shall be released on regular bail on he executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 5,000/- [Rs. Five Thousand.] with one solvent surety in the like amount, in connection with CR No.I 17/2015 registered with Taluka Police Station, Sangamner, District - Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Section/s 307, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
(iii) Bail before trial court.
(iv) The applicant shall attend Taluka Police Station, Sangamner, District - Ahmednagar twice in a week, preferably on every Saturday between 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m., and also on every Thursday during the same time, till charge is framed.
(v) With this Criminal Application is allowed and same is disposed of, accordingly.
