After hearing the learned counsels for the respective parties and going through the reasons for delay, the Court is of the view that the delay was neither intentional nor deliberate. Therefore, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order:- i) Application is allowed.

ii) The delay caused in preferring criminal revision application is condoned.

iii) Registry to register the revision application. iv) On registration, issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Kulkarni and Mr. Salunke, learned counsels waive service of notice for respondents Nos.1 and 2 to 4, respectively.

v) List the revision application on 30.08.2023 vi) Call R & P.
