Though the matter is repeatedly called out even after the recess but none appeared on behalf of the applicant. 2.

On face of record, it appears that the applicant/husband invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Cr.P.C. by challenging the judgment and order dated 06.03.2019 passed by the learned Family Court, Dhule in Petition E-5/2019, whereby the present revision applicant is under direction to pay maintenance @ Rs.5,000/- per month from the date of filing of the application i.e. 14.03.2013. So also, on 12.06.2025 the learned counsel appearing for the revision applicant had sought time on instructions that the matrimonial dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and he wants to file pursis on record. As the matrimonial dispute between the parties is amicably settled, therefore, nothing survives in the revision. Accordingly, it is dismissed for nonprosecution. [Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.] mubashir
