CORAM:S.S.SHINDE & SANGITRAO S. PATIL, JJ.

Dated: MAY 02, 2016 ...

Heard.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the proposal of the petitioner is decided by respondent No.1, the same is not in accordance with th Government Policy.

Therefore, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the decision taken by respondent No.1 is not strictly in adherence to the directions issued by this

281.15cp Court and also without keeping in view the provisions of the Right to Information Act.

The fact that decision has been taken by respondent No.1 is not in dispute.

In that view of the matter, we do not think that any further purpose will be served by keeping this contempt petition pending.

If the petitioner is advised, she can challenge the decision of respondent NO.1.

With above observations, Contempt petition stands disposed of.
