The petition is directed against the Committee to decide the validation proceedings.

The petitioner no.1 filed validation proceeding in November-2020 before the Committee. The petitioner nos.2 and 3 have recently filed the validation proceedings. 3.

We cannot approve of such lethargy on the part of the petitioners in filing the validation proceedings late and thereafter rushing to the Court seeking direction against the Committee for Gajanan

Considering that the petitioners are exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course, the respondent no.2 Committee, if it is possible, may endevour to decide the validation proceedings by the end of August - 2021. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 05-07-2021. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
