In Writ Petition No. 7915 of 2022, the learned Advocate representing respondent no.2 authority submits that the proposal submitted by the petitioner has been forwarded to respondent no.1 authority on 14.05.2021.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner institutions submits that the proposals are apparently pending for more than 15 months and the same may be considered in accordance with the policy of the department, expeditiously.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. We expect respondent no.1 to consider the proposals of the petitioners forwarded by respondent no.2, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the time frame in which the proposals of other institutions are being considered.
