Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

It has been alleged against the applicant that the small quantity of the scented Ghutka was found in a Pan Shop of the applicant, however, he fled away from the spot. The muddemal was seized by the Police. It is the case of the applicant that he runs a Tea Stall in a Pan Shop. He has no concern with the business of Ghutka. However, due to apprehension of arrest, he fled away from the spot.

This Court has go through the F.I.R. It reveals that the allegations have been levelled against the applicant, that
23-aba-738-22 applicant runs a Pan Centre and some quantity of Ghutka was found there. The alleged Ghutka has been seized by the police. He is a small Tea stall runner. The prosecution has no case for the custodial interrogation of the applicant. Therefore, the applicant deserves to be released on anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order.
O R D E R
(i) The application is allowed.
(ii) The interim protection granted to the applicant Aansiram Savalaram Khandekar by the order dated 17.06.2022 stands confirmed on the condition that he shall attend the police station on 14.07.2022, 15.07.2022 and 16.07.2022 between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.
