The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 25/04/2017 is to be challenged before the State Minister in second revision. As there was no clarity on this aspect earlier, the present writ petition is filed. The petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition so as to challenge the impugned order before appropriate forum.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file proceeding before the appropriate forum. However, the time spent in the proceedings before this Court, would be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for preferring any appeal before appropriate forum. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of.
