This is an application seeking restoration of the writ petition dismissed in default for non-removal of the office objection with a prayer to condone the delay. The grounds agitated in the application have gone without any contest. For the reasons mentioned in the application and bearing in mind the nature of the dispute, the application is allowed and the writ petition is restored subject to the condition that the office objection would now be removed within two weeks and the petitioner deposit cost of Rs.2000/- in the office that to within two weeks.
