Second Appeal No.22/2020 is admitted after framing substantial questions of law. The hearing of Second Appeal is already expedited. However, during pendency and final disposal of Appeal, it is necessary to maintain status quo as regards to the suit properties. During pendency of Appeal before the District Court, execution of decree was stayed. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (A).
