The petitioner seems to be aggrieved by the fact that though there was a direction under section 83(1) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, it had preferred the revision challenging the order passed by the Additional Commissioner of Cooperative Societies dated 24-02-2022, still, during pendency of the revision, another order is passed on 26-05-2022 whereby, one additional charge is attributed.

Since the statutory revision is already pending before the learned Minister, it would be appropriate that the petitioner even if it is aggrieved by the subsequent order dated 26-05-2022, avails of the

2 WP / 6373 / 2022 opportunity in the pending revision and puts up grievance even in that respect.

The writ petition is disposed of keeping open the opportunity to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 26-05-2022 in the pending revision before the learned Minister. [ MANGESH S. PATIL ] JUDGE arp/
