Learned Advocate for the petitioners submit that the petitioners desire to withdraw these petitions.

Learned Advocate for the respondents submits on instructions that costs should be imposed in these matters since the decree holders have been unnecessarily dragged into litigation. I find that much time is not consumed in these matters. Hence the costs need not be imposed.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed off, as withdrawn.
