Learned advocate for the petitioner after arguing for some time, on taking instructions of the petitioner who is personally present in the Court seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the impugned action before appropriate forum. 2.

Leave is granted with liberty as prayed for.

In the meantime, the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs. 7,50,000/- in this Court which is deposited by the petitioner in this Court. The respondent No. 1 to appropriate the amount deposited in this Court and to deposit the same in the account of respondent No. 2.
