The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent No.1 - Hariba Gangaram Somvanshi, who admittedly died on 19/08/2021, by condoning the delay of 533 days.

There is no strong objection from other side and considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer

The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased appellant No.1 - Ram Dnyanoba Somvanshi, who admittedly died on 21/09/2020, by condoning the delay of 885 days.

There is no strong objection from other side and considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-A, B and C subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad.

Amendment be carried out in stipulated period. Application is accordingly disposed of.
