Heard learned counsel for the parties. It is an injury claim. Learned counsel for the appellant Insurance Company submits that, the vehicle has been planted. The appeal is yet not ready for hearing. There are medical bills of not less than Rs.30,000/-. In the fitness of things, the applicant is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. There shall be no further application for withdrawal of the amount. The application is disposed of.
