Petitioner has filed the present petition for limited relief of direction to the Grievance Redressal Committee and Appellate Authority to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within three months. In support of the said contention, the learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024 which stipulates that such an appeal be decided within six months of its filing. 2.

Learned AGP appearing for the respondents makes a statement under instructions of Respondent No.2 that the pending appeal would be decided within two months from today. 3.
