Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. This court under order dated 27.4.2018 allowed the applicant to withdraw the amount subject to furnishing undertaking within stipulated period of 3 months. But, due to unavoidable circumstances, the applicant could not furnish the undertaking. Now, the applicants are seeking extension of time. Accordingly, time to furnish undertaking is extending for two weeks from today. The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and same is disposed of accordingly.
