The limited relief sought in this petition is a direction to the respondents to decide a proposal submitted by the petitioner on 30th August 2018, in respect of the renewal of registration of the petitioner under the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of the respondents has taken instructions and makes a statement that the proposal that has been pending since 30th August 2018, shall be decided within two months from today.
