The impugned order dated 30.05.2022 is appellable u/s 247 of the M.L.R. Code. Moreover, by an order dated 23.05.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.2 Gangakhed, the vehicle has already been released and certain conditions have been imposed upon the petitioner, which are evidence from the said order. 2.

As such, we do not find that this Court should exercise it' s extra ordinary jurisdiction to entertain a dispute when a statutory appeal is prescribed.

This petition is dismissed.
