The learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes that the objections will be removed, within a period of two weeks from today. Statement is accepted. If objections are removed, process the matter and be listed in regular course.

Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" by

CA 9006-2017 (2) condoning delay and setting aside order refusal of registration passed on April 19 2017.

If the office objections are not removed, within a stipulated period, appeal shall stand dismissed, without further reference to the Court.
