Heard. This Civil Application is for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.3 on record, who died during the pendency of this petition i.e. on 27.10.2022. There is delay of 99 days caused in filing this application. It is stated in the application that after notices were issued by this Court, the Bailiff had been to serve the respondents. From the Bailiff's report it came to know about death of respondent No.3. 02.

In view of above, this Court finds that sufficient cause is shown to condone the delay. The delay of 99 days stands condoned. The application for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.3 on record is allowed. The applicant to carry out amendment within one week. 03.

Office to issue notice only to added respondent No.3A to 3C,

( 2 ) ca6579.23 returnable on 07.08.2023. The applicant is permitted to take Hamdust and serve the respondents by way of private mode of service in addition to Court notice and file affidavit to that effect.
