ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record being legal representatives of sole appellant - claimant Vaijinath Sopan Bukan who admittedly died on 27.03.2021, by condoning the delay of 10 days. There is no strong objection from other side and therefore, considering right to sue, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The amendment be carried out within the stipulated period.
